1.1 I have lost or can't remember my login details.

You can retrieve all your login details from CCBill's support site. If you encounter any problems, please contact us with your Username and CCBill subscription number.

1.2 How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription is a quick and easy process. Click here for CCBill's Support page, and follow the simply instructions provided there. If you encounter any problems, please contact us.

1.3 What does a recurring subscription do?

A recurring subscription rebills you automatically at the end of each subscription period until cancelled. A monthly recurring subscription, for example, charges your credit card (or other chosen payment method) the membership price every 30 days.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the members area for the period you paid for. If you joined on the 1st of the month, for example, and cancelled on the 23rd, your access would expire on the 30th.

2. Technical Issues

2.1 What software do I need?

Any modern browser, such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari, is fine to view the site. For our movies you'll need a media player capable of viewing Windows Video 9 files (.wmv). We recommend the latest version of Windows Media Player.

2.2 My computer won't play the videos.

Please make sure you have a Windows Media Video 9 compatible player installed, and that you have the latest version thereof. The latest version of Windows Media Player can be downloaded here.
